Believe it or not, helping members get results is not the challenging part of what we do.  Getting those results while minimizing injury and actually working to improve the capacity of the body is the real challenge.  When the quality of your movement patterns are better and more balanced, everyday aches and pains dissipate, you can do more, which burns more, and enables you to build more.  Isn’t THAT the reason we do this?  To have more energy, burn excess body fat, be stronger, feel more confident and get more out of life!

With other gyms or classes i've tried the instructor stands at the front of the class, barks orders and probably doesn't know your name; here they get on the floor with you, make sure every single person is performing movements properly and safely, and yes, they know your name AND ask how your midterms were.
